If you have Apple's iTunes (or other "video podcasting" compatable software) - "subscribing" to the URL http://www.cerealized.com/podcast/podcast.xml will give that software the configuration information it needs to automatically download and organize new "Cerealized" episodes the moment they are available, so you can just sit down and watch (or re-watch old favourites). Even better, if you have a video iPod (or other portable video player) they can be set up to automatically store your new video podcasts so you can watch your favourite video content (which is, of course, "Cerealized") whenever (and wherever) you'd like. Kind of like automatic, portable, internet, VCR-ing.
